From the geographical point, Karajgaon is located in a plain but is surrounded by hills and forest. This rural area also includes tribal villages. The lifestyle is mostly like any other village in India. The important source of livelihood is agriculture. The people who have Ftheir own land conduct farming while the landless take lands on rent to carry out farming. Most of the landless villagers are farming labourers. Other than this, collection of forest produce also provides them with small income.
