In order to effectively implement the development activities in accordance with the vision and mission of the institution, Jaynarayan Sarvoday Vidyalaya Samiti has a advisory committee consisting of experts on various fields and subjects.
1.Horticulture: The institution has expertise on Horticulture to make the rural society selfdependent by introducing improvement and development in their most primary occupation agriculture along with horticulture. Use of non-chemical and cheap organic farming and horticulture related activities are example of our expertise in this area.
2. Livelihood: When we talk about development or strengthening of an individual or society, the economic development or livelihood becomes an important factor. The institution has experts whose advice helps us in resolving the livelihood issues of the villagers and we try to associate the villagers to local sources of livelihood.
3. Watershed: The work area of the institution is located in high altitudes. This causes problems in irrigation. The institution has expertise over watershed. The institution is making efforts towards lesser use of underground water resources and encourages activities towards water conservation from water bodies to allow the farmers of the area to effectively use the water resources and resolve the irrigation issues.
4. Agriculture: Agriculture forms the base of rural society as it is their major source of livelihood. The institution has expertise over agriculture and especially in organic and sustainable agriculture. The whole world is now slowly changing focus towards organic farming but the institution has been stressing on it for years together and providing its expertise to the farmers. It can be attributed to the institution’s success that most of the farmers here are conducting organic farming.
5. Planning: The aims and objectives that the institution hopes to achieve require a futuristic preparation which assures us of a desired result. The institution has planning-experts who prepare plans for the fulfilment of the institution’s objectives while keeping an eye over the various angles of various government schemes. In this way, we are capable of understanding and implementing the government schemes related to social development.
